Three types of office hours are offered:
Covers both general local government finance issues and Helene-specific topics, including budgeting, cash flow, procurement, reimbursement requirements, and financial compliance.
Addresses general land use, zoning, subdivision, and development regulation questions, along with Helene-related planning issues such as rebuilding standards, floodplain considerations, temporary housing, and long-term land use planning.
Focuses on the full range of Helene-specific recovery programs, highlighting available funding opportunities, key requirements, and critical deadlines.
