Priority will be given to projects in the FEMA Public Assistance categories C-G. For a project to be eligible, it must not be eligible for FEMA Public Assistance reimbursement. As such, a project must have either been denied for reimbursement, in whole or in part, or have never been submitted to FEMA PA for reimbursement.
